This is a commission of the Joker being as menacing as possible. He's incredibly intimidating in this scene.

Dude, I think everyone in the theater was ready to shit themselves at this scene.. God, how can someone DO THAT.. it was so REAL, you actually believed EVER SINGLE WORD. And this pinpoints that part. That emotion..

My favorite was just the "Aaand...." part.. like, you KNEW what was coming, but that voice.. it made the suspense worth it.
