Ozymandias

There was a few suggestions that I paint Ozymandias, so I did

I know Walter doesn't own a Television (poor sod) but someone really ought to tell him that their screens reflect things...such as vigilantes creeping up behind people. Tut, I think the cold might have affected his judgement somewhat.
