I know of the impending remake. Will it be any good?

I have no idea but thought I'd do a Freddy painting. Random, but there you go.

Acrylic on A3 paper.

I think this is from New Nightmare (because of the coat). Not entirely sure, though.

Yeah, there's definitely a remake, but more of a reboot. Like the new Friday the 13th that just came out, highlighting all the best from the first couple NoES. I look forward to it, personally.

This was from New Nightmare. :D Really nice job on this! Personally, I think the new movie will suck... Freddy's just not Freddy without Robert Englund.

Hmm, haven't seen any of the Friday 13th movies.

I'm intrigued to see what they do with it, what changes there'll be and so forth. For me, I like a horror film to have some scary bits in it and not the generic kill-annoying-teen and use plenty of fake blood for so called shock value.

I really hope it'll be good and something a little different from the norm.

Thought it was XD. I saw it again on youtube recently, but wasn't sure as I can only remember the first NOES film and 'New Nightmare'. The others I've forgotten completely.

It's one of those remake/reboot films that I'm curious about but still 'eeeeek...what are they doing?!'

I love Robert Englund, but I also rate Jackie Earle Haley, so I'm confuddled about what to think at the moment.

Really? Wow, for not seeing them, you really captured Freddy pretty well!

Yeah, there are some points where they over-did the fake blood and what not, but overall it's a good series. The story is the scariest part, a killer who can find you in your dreams and annihilate you in the most gruesome and unimaginable ways? Hell yes! Made me afraid to sleep for the longest time!

I am worried about that actually, nowadays the shock value has lost it's touch and goes straight for BLOOD BLOOD BLOOD!! Either that or it's very predictable...
