Anyway, there were two still I used for reference with this: One for the body and the background and one for the head.

I am torn between 'sexy' and 'OMG killer psycho RUN!!!' It's rather perplexing ;D

I love the way that you painted the hair. It's kinda a shame that the knife is somewhat lost within the shadows, but that could be as much the scanner/cameras' fault. Maybe one or two extreme highlights on the edge would help? His eyes and smile are frighteningly effective, this is one heck of a moody painting :D

Thank God it's not just me! Sexy comes in many guises I think. Let's face it Snape wasn't supposed to be sexy, but that hasn't stopped a horde of fans wishing to get greasy with him :D

You're not the only one whose torn by his psycho sexiness :)

I agree about the knife. Part of it was the scanners fault. I had to clip some of the side of the blade off because I had to scan it half at a time (and they never seem to match up) but a lot of it was just me being a bit lazy with it. I really should have looked up references but I'm soooo godamn lazy.
