Hope this works...

In an older journal of mine, I wrote some loopholes regarding the deaths of the characters in DH, pretty much making them alive! I've done some drawings for the first three:

...' Anyway, here are some of those 'deaths' and how, if your completely potty like me, you can skillfully sidestep any evidence of your fave HP character's passing.

SNAPE: Got bitten on the neck by a large snake, but did he snuff it?

ME: No. Snape looked into Harry's eyes and passed out in shock when Harry winked at him. As Hermy and Potter left Snape unconscious in a pool of blood, Fawkes the Phoenix just happened to be passing by and landed next to Snape, so he could laugh at the dying man. Fawkes laughed so hard, tears spilled from his eyes and onto Snapes wound, accidently healing it and rendering him...ALIVE!!

FRED WEASLEY: Killed in an explosion during the battle at Hogwarts...Or was he?

ME: Well known for being a practical joker, I submit that Fred was just messin' around, being one to never let an opportunity for controversy pass him by. He awakes to announce to the grieving Weasley Clan: 'GOTCHA!' and is consequently grounded by Molly for twenty years.

MOODY: Fell off his broom from about 4,000 feet or so, after being cursed by Voldy. Tut!

ME: Well, it was never said that Mad-Eye was shot with the Killing Curse, so that would leave an unconscious Moody miraculously landing on hundreds of rejected pillows in the back yard of Some Random Pillow Warehouse. He loses his eye in the fall but later replaces it with a ping-pong ball with an eye painted on it. Is currently known as Alastor Ping-Pong Moody (the luckiest bastard ALIVE!!)'...
